1、YZS-3 mso-hansi-font-family:"Times New Roman"">型重型液壓動(dòng)力觸探儀是我廠在ZDT- "Times New Roman"">Ⅱ型重型電動(dòng)動(dòng)力觸探儀的基礎(chǔ)上改進(jìn)的新型產(chǎn)品，它除了有電動(dòng)產(chǎn)品能解決人工操作中慢、累、用人多的缺點(diǎn)外，又解決了由于野外作業(yè)缺少電源和接電不方便的問題，在機(jī)械方面我們保證穿心錘的質(zhì)量（65.3kg mso-hansi-font-family:"Times New Roman"">）和落距（760mm "Times New Roman"">）的準(zhǔn)確性。

2、速度：18 mso-hansi-font-family:"Times New Roman"">擊/ "Times New Roman"">分+3擊。

mso-hansi-font-family:"Times New Roman"">二、全自動(dòng)液壓重型動(dòng)力觸探儀開箱試機(jī)及使用：

1、先將儀器放置地面較平處將其放穩(wěn)調(diào)平。

?2 "Times New Roman"">、發(fā)動(dòng)汽油機(jī)，先讓汽油機(jī)空轉(zhuǎn)1-2 "Times New Roman"">分鐘，這時(shí)向上搬動(dòng)手動(dòng)閥門將擊錘架子升起來，升到可以將探桿接上即可，不易升的太高。（上探桿前一定要先上好安全擋桿）

3、升起后將有探頭的探桿裝在擊錘架下的套孔內(nèi)，上第一根探桿時(shí)主架子底下要裝上將探桿找正居中的角鐵，對好后，先將安全擋桿取下，向下搬動(dòng)手動(dòng)閥門將擊錘架慢慢落下接好后。還要讓提擊錘架子的升降油缸繼續(xù)下降到底才可工作，再將讓探桿找正居中的角鐵去掉。

4、由于本機(jī)是以汽油機(jī)為主動(dòng)力，以液壓機(jī)為傳動(dòng)動(dòng)力，所以本機(jī)沒有計(jì)數(shù)和自動(dòng)停機(jī)功能，擊到所需錘擊數(shù)后，要人工停機(jī)

5、打下第一根探桿后，再按上面的步驟將擊錘架子升起來，上好第二根探桿，重復(fù)上面步驟工作即可。

1、貫入前, mso-hansi-font-family:"Times New Roman"">觸探架安放平穩(wěn), "Times New Roman"">保持觸探孔垂直。

2、貫入時(shí)，使穿心錘自由下落距為76 cm, mso-hansi-font-family:"Times New Roman"">并及時(shí)記錄貫入深度并記錄每貫入10 cm mso-hansi-font-family:"Times New Roman"">的實(shí)測擊數(shù)N "Times New Roman"">。

3、當(dāng)觸探桿長度L>2 m時(shí)錘擊數(shù)按下式進(jìn)行校正:

mso-hansi-font-family:"Times New Roman"">在承載板檢測地基承載力的實(shí)驗(yàn)點(diǎn)附近，我們采用重型動(dòng)力觸探儀對地基承載力進(jìn)行了檢測，通過對數(shù)據(jù)分析，得到每進(jìn)尺10 cm mso-hansi-font-family:"Times New Roman"">與錘擊數(shù)的關(guān)系圖1 "Times New Roman"">， 每進(jìn)尺10 cm mso-hansi-font-family:"Times New Roman"">與錘擊數(shù)的關(guān)系根據(jù)承載板法測試的中粗砂地基承載力, mso-hansi-font-family:"Times New Roman"">并與重型觸探儀實(shí)際測試結(jié)果進(jìn)行比較，按錘擊16 mso-hansi-font-family:"Times New Roman"">次進(jìn)尺60 cm "Times New Roman"">時(shí)，地基承載力為0.3 MPa "Times New Roman"">，此時(shí)每10 cm "Times New Roman"">進(jìn)尺需錘擊4~6 "Times New Roman"">次，公式為：
