產(chǎn)品經(jīng)過真空光亮退火后，使管子無磁性，金相組織均勻、軟和，采用進口直線內(nèi)孔拋光，產(chǎn)品表面粗糙度達到Ra≤0.3μm完全符合美國藥物管理局GMP藥典要求，完全替代進口產(chǎn)品。

廣泛適用于生物工程、制藥、電子工程、食品、純凈水、化工、造紙、化纖工業(yè)、化妝品業(yè)、啤酒、高純度氣體等流體輸送管道。

Our products are manufactured in accordance with the following standards: GB/T14976-2002 seamless stainless steel pipes for fluid transport, GB/T14975-2002 stainless steel seamless pipes for structures, GB13296-91 stainless steel seamless pipes for boilers and heat exchangers, CJ/T151-2001 stainless steel water pipes with thin wall, ASTM A213ferrite and Austenit alloy steel seamless steel pipes for boilers and heat exchangers and ASTM A269 general use Austenit stainless seamless steel pipes, ASTM A312 Austenit stainless seamless steel pipes, ASTM A270-03 seamless steel pipes for sanitation appliances ,ISO2037 stainless steel pipes for international foodstuff industry and other foreign and domestic standard productions. After vacuum lucency and anneal , the product become no magnetism and equal and soft structures. We adopt international straight-lined internal polishing to make the surface coarseness at or less than 0.3μm,which is completely accordant with GMP pharmacopoeia requirements of America Medicament Management Bureau and can take place of the imported products. Our products are wildly used in the transport the fluid for biological engineering, pharmacy, electron engineering, foodstuff, purified warter, chemical industry, paper making, chemical textile, cosmetic, beer and high-pure gas.
