一、 產(chǎn)品簡介

JR-1電磁感應(yīng)快速加熱器是我公司開發(fā)適用于注塑機配套使用的、能迅速加熱鐵釘?shù)男庐a(chǎn)品，代替火焰燃燒鐵釘?shù)膫鹘y(tǒng)使用方法。本產(chǎn)品具有外形美觀新穎，使用簡便省時，安全性能好，熱效率高，耗電少，衛(wèi)生清潔等特點，是注塑機理想的配套設(shè)備。

二、 技術(shù)參數(shù)

額定電壓：220V±10% 額定頻率：50Hz

三、 使用方法

用鋼絲鉗或尖嘴鉗夾住鐵釘一端，把另一端放在加熱器的兩個銅極上直至發(fā)紅，就可使用。

四、 注意事項

1、用戶使用前請仔細(xì)閱讀使用說明書。

2、用戶必須使用具有接地措施的電源插座，使用后請切斷電源。

3、本產(chǎn)品專門加熱鐵釘，不能把銅、鋁等其他金屬放在加熱器兩個銅極加熱，以免引起危險。

4、請用戶不要隨便拆卸維修，以免事故擴大并危及安全，出現(xiàn)故障請與本公司聯(lián)系進行維修。

① Introduction

It alsocan heat the icon nails instantly, which has replaced the traditional methodthat the nails were heated by flamboyance.It has a handsome novel appearanceand very convenientin use.The safe feature is stable,and the thermal efficiencyis high,power expenditure is limited,as well as hygiene clean.With thesefeatures,the product is an ideal support equipment for injection machine.

③ OperatingInstruction

Usewire-cutter or nipper pliers to clip tightly one end of the nail,then putanother end of the nail on the two copper poles of the heater till the nailturns red.

④ Precautions

1. Pleaseread the manual carefully before using this product

2. Theproduct must be connected to the AC power outlet with the grounded measure andplease remember to cut off the power supply when the product is not be used

3. Toprevent any danger,please do not heat the metals of Copper,Aluminium etc byputting them on the two Copper poles of the heater except iron nails.

4. Toavoid enlarge the problem and endanger people,ssafety,do not open the cabinet casually. If needed, please contact our companyto maintain the product.
