帶料切口連續(xù)拉深級(jí)進(jìn)模具設(shè)計(jì)
摘 要:帶料連續(xù)拉深分無(wú)工藝切口拉深和有工藝切口拉深,有工藝切口連續(xù)拉深就是在首次拉深前,帶料上個(gè)工序之間切開一個(gè)工藝切口,這樣當(dāng)首次和以后各次拉深時(shí),兩次工序間的相互影響、相互約束較小,但相對(duì)的,耗費(fèi)的材料較多。
以薄壁寬凸緣筒形件生產(chǎn)為例,設(shè)計(jì)一例連續(xù)模,首先對(duì)零件進(jìn)行工藝分析,有拉深,沖孔,翻邊,落料工序,每個(gè)工位之間都有尺寸關(guān)系,因?yàn)槭谴螽a(chǎn)量的小型筒形拉深件,一般采用帶料連續(xù)拉深。采用普通的單工序?;驈?fù)合模沖制生產(chǎn)的話,需多副模具、多臺(tái)沖床、多個(gè)操作人員才能完成全部工序的沖壓制造而且產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量和生產(chǎn)效率都低。故選多工位級(jí)進(jìn)模具的生產(chǎn)工藝方案,可以提高材料的利用率和模具的使用水平,節(jié)省設(shè)備。其次經(jīng)過計(jì)算分析確定工藝方案完成該模具的排樣設(shè)計(jì),凸、凹模工作部分的設(shè)計(jì)計(jì)算,還有模具結(jié)構(gòu)和工藝零件設(shè)計(jì)。
